Dr. Jesse Bouffiou

Associate DVM

Dr. Jesse Bouffiou grew up in a small town in Wisconsin before moving to Montana in 2017 after completing his undergraduate degree. He initially settled in Roundup, where he developed a deep appreciation for the differences between dairy farming and ranching. It was there that he first connected with Montana’s agricultural roots, culture, and way of life. This was an experience that ultimately inspired him to build both his career and life in the beautiful state of Montana long term.

He went on to attend Montana State University, earning a Master’s degree in Animal and Range Sciences. During his time in Bozeman, he met his wife, and together they built a foundation rooted in shared values and community. After completing their degrees in 2020, they moved to Butte before he was accepted into Washington State University College of Veterinary Medicine.

Dr. Jesse Bouffiou is committed to practicing thoughtful, individualized veterinary medicine. He believes that every patient and client has a unique story, and that the best care begins with listening. His approach focuses on building strong client relationships while tailoring medical decisions to meet both the patient’s needs and the client’s goals. He has a particular interest in surgery and values the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on his patients’ quality of life through skilled and compassionate care.

Outside of the clinic, Dr. Jesse Bouffiou enjoys spending time outdoors, whether hiking, hunting, or simply appreciating the natural landscapes of Montana. He also enjoys woodworking and crafting furniture in his free time, while spending time with his wife and two dogs.

He and his wife, whom he married in 2023, are proud to call Montana home. She is an educator, and together they value community, lifelong learning, and the opportunity to serve others.
